Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, Usually I go to bed already planning what I´ll have in the morning. I love trying out new things & I´m always looking for fast dishes since I don´t always have that much time in the morning. So here is what I had for breakfast today.
Breakfast Smoothie
1 Banana
1 cup soy yogurt
1/2 cup oatbran
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup chilled water (or more -
depends on consistency you want to have)

You can add berries for more taste or cacao powder (but if so then leave out cinnamon). It tastes great and will leave you full for a long time.
