Easy and fast banana bread recipe:
Ingredients
3 bananas - the riper, the sweeter
120ml soy milk
250g whole wheat flour
4 tbsps baking soda
40g brown sugar (depending on how ripe your bananas are)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1tsp cinnamon

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Mix all dry ingredients except bananas and soy milk in a bowl. Squish bananas with a fork until you get a smooth pulp and add them to the dry ingredients. Then add the milk and pour dough into a cake pan. Bake for about 50 min. and enjoy xx
